At Ado Official Music Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including all media seals.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status and process your refund or shipment of the replacement item.
